How Mobile Massage Works: What to Expect

A step-by-step walkthrough of a mobile massage appointment — from booking, to what the therapist brings, to space requirements and tipping.

    1. Booking

Call or text (435) 313-1704 with your location, preferred date and time, and session length. Mobile outcalls are available throughout Southern Utah including St. George, Hurricane, Springdale, Ivins, and the Zion area.

    2. What the therapist brings

Everything. A professional massage table, fresh linens and face cradle cover, bolsters, oils, lotion, optional aromatherapy, and quiet music. You do not need to provide anything.

    3. Space requirements

A roughly 7x10 ft clear area is ideal — a bedroom, living room, hotel suite, or covered patio all work. Hard floors are fine; carpet is fine. The therapist sets up and breaks down in about 10 minutes on each side.

    4. During the session

After a brief intake about pain, goals, and pressure preference, you undress to your comfort level and get under the top sheet. Professional draping is used the entire time — only the area being worked is uncovered.

    5. After

Take it slow. Hydrate. Avoid heavy meals or alcohol for a couple of hours. Most people sleep deeply that night.

    6. Tipping

Tips are appreciated but never expected. Cash or added to the card payment both work.
